THE PERRY DISTRICT

The South Perry area of Spokane’s South Hill is an established and historic residential neighborhood studded with classic craftsman homes nestled in a towering urban forest with pocket views of downtown Spokane to the north. Abbey residents are within an easy walk of the South Perry Neighborhood Center with restaurants, a coffee shop, groceries and various retail shops and services. Seasonal attractions include live music and outdoor movies, the South Perry Summer Fair and the weekly Farmer’s Market. Grant Park completes the urban amenities of this neighborhood center. The Abbey is served by Southeast Blvd to the west and Perry St to the east – arterial connections place you 5 minutes from downtown for autos and bus, a little bit longer by bicycle.
