Homeowners Assoc.

The Ivory Abbey Home Owner's Association provides residents with access and maintenance to the common areas, as well as the private patio areas. Association dues are anticipated to be $175.00 per month. Dues cover landscape maintenance, snow removal, sewer, common area irrigation water, and electricity to the common areas. Homes will be billed individually for electricity, domestic water, and gas.
